Every time I have the opportunity to visit Van Gia town, I intentionally visit the shop to buy delicious cakes. At the shop, the particularly delicious cake is cape durian cake. In my opinion, this is the place with the best durian cape I know. The crust is thin, smooth, the cream is not sweet and very smooth, especially durian is not pureed, but is separated into small pieces and put in the cake. So when enjoying, first your smell will be awakened by the aromatic durian scent, then the taste will feel the soft, smooth crust and the cream inside, like clouds floating in the middle. Fall sky and finally the mild sweetness of the ripe durian. A piece of food that is so poetic!
