Overall normal. Do not bathe because of dirt, garbage and no beach. Rock much. Service almost no. For example, water, seats, restaurants, hotels, motels, restaurants. There are only a few popular eateries cooking rice, braised fish, boiled vegetables for port workers. Internal roads are not beautiful, dusty. Just look for a little bit. Beautiful, magnificent. Vung Ro is a small bay in Hoa Xuan Nam commune, Dong Hoa district, Phu Yen province, located right on the edge of the Deo Ca mountain range. The bay is also a natural boundary on the sea between Phu Yen and Khanh Hoa. From the top of Ca pass to the east, Vung Ro bay will enthrall visitors with a lush, green area intermingling poetically and heroically great. Vung Ro is known to the whole country as a red address in the resistance against the US, to save the country; is the dock of No-number trains carrying resupply weapons to the South.
