Nailroom - Quang Trung

One of the best nails makeover place in Hanoi. The price is decent, i paid like ~7 euros for doing gel applied and matte painted. Staff are well trained and doing your nails very carefully. The only downside is the waiting time, you should book your appointment in advance to avoid waiting.

There was once where I also made an appointment in advance but they completely messed it up and didn't have anyone in that could do a session for me. Was a wasted trip and had no choice but to leave. Girl at reception was not one bit apologetic and indifferent to the fact that they had messed up.nHad eyelashes done here twice previously but both times it didnt turn out nicely and also fell out REALLY quickly - barely made it 2 weeks before having almost all of them fall out. Really disappointed as it seemed like i couldve expected it to be a decent place. Will not be coming back for more reasons than one.

Not the best. Some of the polish is on my skin, the nails are not equally shaped & some uneven application. However, they were really good with the cuticle cutting and cleaned that up well.

Nice job, but a bit dirty!

I walked in without an appointment and they fit me right in. They did a beautiful job on my matching Mani/pedi and did it for a great price. I would highly recommend Nailroom.
