Tràng Tiền Plaza

Too much small for a plaza. It is decorate in the Classic European style but not so much beautiful. May be it seem elegant to only unwealthy and unpractical people. Not such luxurious to prohibit using camera in here. You can take photo with phone but not a camera. What a stupid rule????
