I can fully recommend Vietnam Visa Services to anyone looking to extend their tourist or work visas. They provide efficient, friendly service, their staff speak English, and they have never overcharged me, like some other visa services have. Vietnam Visa Services also minimises the stress of paperwork due by providing all the required forms for the process and are always on hand if one has questions. A big thank you to them (and especially Chloe) for their consistently excellent service and for helping me extend my visa.

The service was outstanding from start to finish. Jesica Do took care of all documentation and provided us with timely advice, reassurance and updates. The service really is value for money as with out it I doubt we would have been successful. I cannot recommend the service highly enough!!

Very professional service. The staff were communicative and helpful throughout the process. I definitely recommend them, as they were always transparent and provided ample information.

They are very prompt and there were no problems getting the new Visa. Price wasn't too bad. Although they do not work on weekends but it takes around a week anyway. English was great!

I contacted this company for assistance with getting an official document from the authorities in Vietnam. They have always Replied very promptly and were able to get exactly what was asked very efficiently. Highly recommended if you need anything from Vietnam.
