I took the bus from Sapa to Hanoi. It was my worst trip ever. The driver was speeding and we couldn't sleep at all and I felt dizzy the whole trip because the movement of the bus.

Had a terrible experience taking night vip bus from hanoi to sapa. The bus itself was fine, but we had many issues. We were dropped at the bus central station, although we were told that we'll be dropped at our hostel, and instead of letting us sleep until 6am as promised, we were dropped at 4am. Also the workers' attitude was really bad.nUse another company.

Worst bus company I've ever used. Be sure to stay far away from them.nnI'll start with the worst part, we took a bus from Sapa and was supposed to be dropped off at Hanoi airport. However, we purposely got dropped off about 2km before the airport by the bus drivers friends where a group a thug taxi drivers was waiting to scam us.nnAfter we refused to use their service, we eventually got a Grab Taxi. When the Grab car arrived, these thug taxi drivers quickly surrounded the Grab Driver and threatened him. He quickly canceled our trip and left scared for his life. This is all because of the bus driver purposely off loading us by his taxi friends.nnBefore that, the bus stopped to load private customers, the driver was clearly making sideline cash. They stopped for some time and we asked if we could use the Rest Room (WC) because they were taking a while and the WC was right there. The driver just looked at us and refused.nnI could write paragraphs and paragraphs about how bad the service of this company is. Save yourself the trouble, hassle and nightmare we went through and avoid this company like a plague.

We took a day bus from Hanoi to Lao Cai for 350k dong per person. The bus itself is luxurious - you get your personal pod with a bed, blanket, charging ports and tv. The ride took around 4 hours and was smooth.nnHowever, we were dropped off at a bus depot at a junction about 15 min from Lao Cai with no further help from the driver. We had to get a taxi for the remainder of the trip.
