My wife and I loved the cruise with Genesis. The service was amazing. They made me feel like royalty. The food on the ship was top notch. The fish was so fresh. My wife and I enjoyed all of the outings provided by the company. The room we styed in was impeccable. The views in the bay were more beautiful than I could have imagined. I really enjoyed the squid fishing. I didn't even know it was possible to catch a squid with a fishing pole. I would highly recommend this cruise line

Stay away from this company! I booked a 2 night cruise through a reputable booking company. When contacted directly, this company denied that 2 night cruises were available. Due to this, I booked and paid for the 2 day 1 night cruise with them directly. They then sold my ticket to someone else even though I confirmed payment. They denied they received any messages confirming my payment.nTotally unreliable company and service!

It was the best decision that I took. The reason is that I had read a lot of bad experiences of other tourist when they tried to visit Halong Bay. So, I found information about Genesis when I spoke with Helen from Premiere Travel Hanoi, one reliable tour operator. Helen showed me different options and in base that I wanted she suggested me that Genesis was for me.nThe tour was incredible from start to finish. Not only is landscape incredible, but also the features of the cruise, the job was done by a fantastic staff and a guide (Coffeee). And the food was so good!!! too.nI’m really happy I chose Genesis Regal and I have no hesitation in recommending them

Last minute day tour in Halong Bay. We book through our hotel as we wouldn’t want to miss this chance to visit this beautiful place. Our tour guide Dan came and pick us up from the hotel and we ride on the limousine bus. It was comfortable and spacious. On our way to Halong Bay, Dan talk through our day itinerary so we had an idea about our activities. He is very informative and we learn a lot from him. The tour is a bit on a higher price, in our opinion is worth it paying a little more because you had a good tour guide to show and help you throughout the day, lunch that they prepare were fresh and delicious and some snacks (fruits and biscuits) is offered to us after we had finished all our activities. Overall we are very happy with the tour and happy that we didn’t miss this chance to experience Halong Bay

Took the One-Day cruise including transport (comfortable bus with perfect seats) from Hanoi. Our tour guide 'Tam' was lovely and kind - it was overall a very good experience.
