2 nights, 3 days on Maya Cruise... Amazing!nnMy partner and I spent 2 nights and 3 days on the Maya Cruise. For the whole time we spent with Maya (including pick up and drop off at our Hanoi Hotel) everything was amazing!nThe scenery at Ha Long Bay, the activities we did (kayaking, swimming, fishing, cooking class, nature walks), the food, the boat itself - all were A+. But what made the trip extra special was the services.nThe staff on the Maya cruise were very attentive and we very much enjoyed connecting with all of them, especially Ms Moon and Tommy.nI would recommend Maya Cruise to anyone who is vaguely interested, in particular the 2 nights 3 days which allowed for more time and more activities.

Maya Cruise made my Vietnam trip memorablennI would like to thank Maya cruise to make my Vietnam trip such a memorable trip. All the staff starting from Chung and Moon were very kind and helpful throughout the trip. I would also like to thank Spoon the masseuse for the awesome service she had provided. The best thing about the trip was that it was not at all crowded with just 12 folks total, it was kind a private cruise at a very reasonable price. All other folks were also very friendly and we had a lot of fun together. The staff made sure of everything starting from pickup from our hotel to again dropping us back to our hotels. They really made sure we get the best of halong bay by travelling with them. And finally I would like to specially thank Moon for making such beautiful arrangements at the cruise so that me and my girlfriend could have a beautiful romantic dinner at the top deck.nThanks a lot Moon for making it so much special we will never gonna forget these moments. Thanks to you we could get engaged at Maya Cruise . I would surely recommend all my friends and relatives about Maya Cruise.

Staff and food awesome, but boat old, dated and not so clean.

Awful all around, a total joke. Outdated boat, sad food, lame activities minus kayaking (though they gave us a broken leaky kayak), terrible ‘guide’ who is nothing of the sort. The 20 year old guide Khan got drunk with a local couple onboard while the staff overserved them to the point they got obnoxiously drunk and loud on deck, and then spent the night yelling at each other and throwing up in their room. We know this because the staff kept their door open ‘helping’ them all night, despite the floor being full of the other paying guests. Just book something else.

Absolutely Awesome!nAbsolutely EVERYTHING. From the minute we were collected from our hotel , until we all said goodbye, everything was perfect.nFood was fantastic, Maya was clean, activities were great and all the staff are amazing. I had a fussy 4-year old who didn’t like the food, so the chef happily made her some French fries and spaghetti bol.
