Oh my GOSH I love this place. I went in for a trim after a few months of travel, nervous about a haircut abroad. They were phenomenal, and the amazing pre-cut head massage was so relaxing. I love the cut I got, and the staff spoke just enough English to know what I was going for, and to accommodate me. My visiting friend went in to get her hair cut by the same guy as me as soon as she got into town---it was that good.

Absolutely fantastic! I went in with hair that desperately needed a good cut and some nice colour and highlights put back in after 4 months travelling. They did an incredible job and I could not be happier.nnI would highly recommend these ladies.

I've been going here for several years. The staff is always friendly, someone there speaks good English (or able to understand my bad Vietnamese), and gives haircuts suitable for a European person's hair.

I got a Keratin treatment, the guy who took care of me was excellent. He listened to all my needs as my hair is weirdly wavy and frizzy, he did an amazing job and put attention to detail. The 3 stars are awarded to him.nNow the bad part was that I booked an appointment and stayed an extra night in Hanoi purposely to get my hair done by Van Nguyen, not by this guy. She had no availability the day before.nI explained them wanted her to do my hair and he said yes yes yes. Really, he ignored me. I also showed the lady that washed my hair and she did the same.nInstead miss Van Nguyen was getting her hair done herself next to me. I literally stayed 1 more night so it would have been great if she respected her appointment.nI would have given them 5 stars if they were professional about appointments.

Skilled barbers who know their craft, the head massage is also excellent
