Vietjet aka commieair let's anyone foolish enough to purchase a ticket sneak a peek behind the iron curtain. Last time one of their tin cans arrived on time was probably when good old uncle Ho honored the maiden flight. Regarding information and service they adopt a let's say, less is more approach. After a gruesome shake off, I could only pray that me and the other sardines would make it all the way to our destination. To their credit we did, so thankfully Im able to share this experience with my fellow comrades.

Okay aside from cheap prices, I think that’s all this airlines can offer. I checked in 24 hrs in advance and was declined entry to security because my online boarding pass isn’t accepted. I line up at the check-in counter and was ignored. When it came down to my flight it was delayed over and over. Cheap prices comes with subpar service. I guess...

Stay away from VietJetAir if you would actually like to go somewhere. They cancelled my flight without notice, then delayed then alternative flight several times and by several hours. Also, their luggage allowance is way below international standards: only 7 kg for carry-on (including personal item and everything) and 15 kg for checked. This airlines has terrible service, impatient representatives, and they definitely cannot keep their words. I personally would never fly with them again.
