Good gym with cardio, kickboxing, CrossFit, weights, and cycling areas. The gym is very clean to the point where the janitors are often cleaning the machines as you are using them. Locker rooms are also clean with a sauna and steam room attached. For powerlifting I wish there was more than one squat rack and more floor space for deadlifts. The machines are tightly packed together which make it awkward to move from machine to machine. The main issue I have with this gym is the price. At the time of review monthly fees are around 3,000,000 D. Unfortunate since it’s probably the best gym in Binh Hoa. If you could afford it I would recommend this gym, be sure to make the most of it.

Excellent yoga with Indian instructors who are extremely knowledgeable, experienced, supportive and friendly. I highly recommend!
