I took a few pairs of old shoes to get fixed. All came back in top condition. Ofcourse being old shoes they are not 100% new, but they are way better than when I sent them in. I spent 870.000 on 4 pairs but I'm guessing its because I needed various things to be fixed and then for them to be cleaned as well. To me an average of 215k a pair is way cheaper than buying a new pair of shoes so I think the price is great. I'm sure it would have been less if I only wanted to clean the shoes. The staff was very helpful and speaks very good English. They also do pick up and delivery and have an app where you can track your payment receipts but its in vietnamese. I wish I'd known about this store long before I threw away alot of shoes ud83dude48.

Quite satisfied with the service, getting shoes feels more than expected. Highly appreciated for the ability to consult and care for customers. Processing time is relatively fast
