Comfortable and friendly service. Soundproof was not so good, could hear the traffic and the train even on level 11. The pillow was quite high for me but there was no other option.

I stayed here for 14 days. Totally two weeks.nBecause of the COVID-19 isolation, I cannot go out to experience the facility of this hotel. But during my staying, I have to thank the warming staffs for providing us good services. They are enthusiastic and smiling always.nWith their deliveries, 3 meals a day, cleaning once a day.nAlso , the room is big and clean , facility is new for most. I will remember this special period in this very tough year and the new better time is sure waiting around the corner.

A very nice hotel. My room was perfect.nService was excellent. Large choice for breakfast in the morning.

Clean hotel & service is good. We just spent a night right there & not much using their facilities, but in general it good to compare with local hotel we seen.

Hotel has improved a lot in terms of service and facade. The breakfast buffet has a nice spread which we have enjoyed. Staffs were friendly and helpful.nnDownside was the Bathtub leaks water and never gets filled up causing lots of water wastage - hope the management can look into this. Secondly smokers sometimes smoke along the corridor of the hotel rooms can be quite annoying.
