Hiền and her family too great care of us while staying at their house. We had a medical issue she helped us with. Her English is quite good. Her mother made several meals for us and their hospitality was superb. We ended up staying about 5 days and had a nice time. Would highly recommend for anyone in the area to stay here.

Great place to stay, Hien was super helpful the entire time, helping with transfers, moped rental etc. Really, really friendly

It was a reasonable hotel in Lạng Sơn city. But it is a bit far away from city center. The kitchen wasn't very good, it was dirty. It is near the mountain, the receptionist can speak English well. She was very helpful and friendly.
