Van Chai Resort

Fabulous setting with lovely architectural finishes. Not 5 star but definitely good value.

It was incredibly nice and i really liked my stay. The staff were very nice.

My wife and I spent 7 nights at the Van Chai Resort and cannot say enough about it. The staff, specifically THUY, gave us absolutely amazing service and set up any tours we wanted to do. Our return destination had a severe virus outbreak, so we had to urgently rearrange several aspects of our trip, visa situation, and various scheduling. She handled everything on a very personal level.nAdditionally, the staff is all very nice at all times of the day/night, most/all with very good English; they even invited us to join their Tet celebration with fruit, wine, and red packets!nThe massage service was great! The gym is a little bit small, but the pool area and views make up for it.nThe garden area is big and we spent every night walking through it or by the seaside.nThe restaurant food was very good and prices are more than fair.nThe town was not busy, but we went during the winter months, so the off-season for beach towns. I expect it is very busy in the summer!nWe got a free upgrade and were able to get a taste of a few different room styles. They're all charming and well-equipped with basic necessities.
