Quang Đức Restaurant Km100

Great place. Spent two afternoons here eating and drinking. Prices aren't super cheap but they food is still decent. For our dorm room they charged my wife, myself and our 3 year old which is a bit strange as usually young children are free but whatever. They provided enough fans and mosquito nets and it was quiet in the evening.nnThe atmosphere here is wonderful. Lots of little knick-knacks everywhere from different generations. They set up an intricate water-fountain for our son, and there are beautiful orchids and vines everywhere. Great place to just chill for awhile and get some work done on the road. I had no complaints with the internet connection either.

I'm biased about this place as I visited after having trekked 150km across the Pu Luong nature reserve, but those were some of the best noodles I've ever tasted. Beers on the table waiting for us. The cockerel tied to a string outside was interesting.

Very cheap farm stay... 70,000 Dong per person... Sleeping on the second floor with the family's ancestor's spirit tablet... But nothing haunted happened... So I assume it's a great deal.nnHowever, the shower and the toilet is horrific!!!!! An old lady of the family insisted to come into the bathroom to get her toothbrush while my friend was busy scrubbing herself... That was a very bizarre cultural shock!!!nnThe dinner was very good, however, there was a miscommunication of the price of the dinner... They wanted to charge more for dinner the next day, but I think it might be just the poor English..... Not really a problem.nnI would recommend if you need a cheap stay over but don't expect too much.
