This bank gives 3 stars only, there are many points that feel wrong.nFirstly, ATM usually runs out of money, but it is mostly 10 thousand dong, you think about whether to withdraw a few million and put all 10k sheets like this, only happy for children.nThe counselor I found was not very sympathetic, lost to agribank, at the main address, but even in small branches, it was even more terrible.
