This is an early morning vietnamese breakfast restaurant that serves eel dishes. I have only tried their porridge (cháo lươn) and glass noodle soup (miến lươn), but both are good. Both are served with complimentary shredded banana flowers that go well dipped&stewed in both dishes. The noodle soup goes especially well with the bread (bánh mì) that they serve as well. Service and decor is Vietnamese street-food style and the restaurant is run out of the owners' home. The owners' children sometimes work here and they all speak English very well, so you don't always need to use Google Translate when you come. However, they are the only employees who speak English at the restaurant and they don't work every day, so you should still be prepared to use Google Translate to order when you come if you have to. They unfortunately do not have an English menu, but you should be safe ordering off of my recommendations.

My family and I have had breakfast at this restaurant for about 10 years. This is the first eel restaurant in Thanh Hoa to serve whole soft eel. Later on, the shops next door also opened, but the typical flavor of the restaurant I found was not as good. They meticulously from broth, dipping sauce, banana flower, bread, bread, onion to satay home made. 10 years the taste has not changed. And the price is still the same.nnEarly in the morning, the breakfast staff at the restaurant were very crowded. The price of food is not cheap, but the portions are plenty so only one serving is half full for breakfast.nnMy favorite part is that the dish is cooked in a clay pot, so it retains heat for a long time. To the last spoon, the broth is still warm. When the winter vermicelli finished eating, it would be hot all over.nnThe owner is friendly and very enthusiastic.nThe shop has a small hand washing sink that is very convenient right in front of the house and offers complimentary tea, toothpicks, waterpipe tobacco after customers have finished breakfast.

Eel soup soup with eel-style Nghe An, boiling pot of boiling soil, clean. Strong soup, big eel. There are young banana flowers and raw vegetables to eat, dip into hot soup to eat very well. This shop only sells a few hours in the morning, it's all over. Delicious.

Eel soup is the only shop that is true to the original, some shops in tp are open according to the tasteless. This shop has to be ten years old, every morning it is crowded. Go a little far and eat delicious worthy.
