Birra Korça

Not very welcoming to Western tourists it seems... The beer is good and cheap, the food is average (do not order french fries) the service slow and apparently worse for tourists (no bread, no table cloth and so on, all the locals got it). First we also got a wrong ticket (2 beers instead of one). May be go somewhere else. The other beergardens down the street seem to be very popular.

Excellent bar attached to the old brewery, originally made by Italians but nowadays fully Albanian. Fresh blonde Korça pilsner on tap for 70 lek (!) - incredibly cheap and delicious. Friendly staff (hard to find in Albania) who spoke good English with me. Lovely space, an easy walk from central Korçë.

Affordable prices (actually ruprised to see these low prices only here) and delicious food. Service quick and nice. Fresh food and nice ambient.

Great beer and prices! Service needs improvement.
