First class Cafe. Great coffee, dessert, and service.

Local chain. Very friendly staff, rare for Albania. Great coffee drinks.

Very warm environment but the staff was nice, we waited 15 minutes for the waiter and didn't come, ordered to the bar. The waiter then charged us that we had taken the money from the front desk, delayed the order and brought Barman. Next we watch the waiter clean the toilet ... that is, imagine a "universal" waitress who just doesn't do his job. Scandalous service, thank you.
