On time delivery and retrieval of the car. Staff is friendly and quick. The cars are not in the best shape, but they are not fuzzy on the return of the car. Great value for a holiday car rental.

Horrible service. They didn't show up at the pick up time,waited for them nearly 2 hours,the car we got was all beaten up,with no working headlights,broken key,... At the return time no one was there again. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

THE WORST CAR RENTAL COMPANY. Hiring a car with this company is a lottery to which I DO NOT recommend that you play. They don't care at all about the cars they offer, much less the customers. In my case, they offered me a car with an error of lack of oil and urgent revision, the broken door handle (serious safety problem), with the rearview mirror adjustment broken, without windshield washer fluid, without gasoline, full of bottles of plastic and dirt, with contracts and PERSONAL DATA of other clients on the ground... If you claim, they tell you it is your fault for not calling before. When they offer cars with SERIOUS security PROBLEMS. As if that were not enough, they do not refund your money if you return it with more gasoline than the initial one. Cheap is expensive. Better to avoid this company that can make your vacations bitter from the first day.

Strangest renting experience ever. We were first in the line and got our car pretty fast. I didn't have credit card just an embossed debit card, but they didn't care. And because we had full-insurance they didn't even charged deposit. One guy led us to the car, the front bumper was broken and the car had smaller damages everywhere. I started to take pictures when the guy told me, I shouldn't care about them just drive. The car was really cheap so I didn't care about its appearance. When I brought back the car, I parked at the exact same place and gave them the keys at the desk. They didn't even glance at the car :D tl;dr They didn't care at all about their cars, but it was cheap
