Europcar - Tirana Airport

The car was okay. People were nice, we took great care of the car and hand it back in a perfect condition. We checked the car with someone from Europcar and everything was fine, we signed a paper to prove that everything went well. The man told us that we will have our deposit back one week after the return of the car. DEPOSIT NEVER CAME BACK !!!! We are one month after the return of the car no one ever reached us to explain what is going on with our deposit !!! I don’t recommend to rent car with them, unless you want to pay double price ( car + deposit never return )

I had some concerns before taking a car in Albania, however, Europcar exceeded my expectations. The staff is kind and explained all the details. The car (Renault Clio, 1.5 L diesel, automatic transmission) was new and clean. I used the car for 2 weeks without extra payment. A few things to remember: - you take a car with an almost empty tank and return it with the same fuel level; - you need to clean the car before returning. Definitely, I recommend Europcar in Tirana, it was one of my best rental experiences.
