Green Motion Car and Van Rental Tirana Airport

Great service in Tirana, Albania.

Hi, Green Motion after I was gave back the car charged my credit card because of fine for parking. The fine was 30 euro. Green motion charge me 45 euro. They add VAT (???) and fee without asking me if I pay it myself. The car which I rent was different then I order. Instead of Volkswagen Polo it was Dacia Logan - it was bigger but it was ....Dacia .

YOU WILL ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAYS IF YOU RENT THE CAR WITH THEM.THEY ARE VERY SERIOUS AND HELPFUL.

Worst experience ever! They try to find different tricks to make you pay extra money. Their goal is to ''force'' you to buy the insurance . First they will tell you that your credit card is not functional and you do not have enough credit!!! Later they will tell you that you can rent the car but you have to pay the insurance (10euro/day). Also the car didn't have the necessary tools to change the spare wheel.

Expirience similar to Mr. Roland below. Instead of having VW Polo Benzin, I have got Dacia Sandero diesel. I know its a part of the game to have same car (or similar) but suspect offering VW Polo is just a bite play. Car had no properly working AC. When outsite the 36 degrees I could feel like real bediun. Thanks! And I've got constantly warning light lighting on driving panel. When made complaint was inform that its due to bad quality fuel sell in Albania. Do a customer should be worry about things like this? But also. Car made few hundreds kms with no issues. Doing well on curvy roads.
