ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR

If you want to be stolen, rent a car with them. At the moment of pick up, I hired a full insurance package. Therefore, according the Rental Agreement, in case of accident, I would be only liable to pay for hypothetical tyres damages up to 200 Euro. In other words, if any other part of the vehicle was damaged, I wouldn't pay anything. Unfortunately, on the last rental day, I had an accident. After that, at the return moment, they told me I would be also responsible for possible damages to the lower parts of the vehicle, requiring an additional deposit of 400 Euro. Logically, that requirement left me quite surprise. Because what they were requiring wasn't agreed at the rental moment. Consequently, I've declined to give my credit card for a new deposit (more 400 Euro). Nevertheless, since that time, they are insistently trying to block new amounts in my credit card (they already tried to block 1200 Euro). Real scammers and rip-off artists. I will adopt all judicial measures and providences.

It was a great rental thanks to Mandri, we got a proper suv (a jeep wrangler) which helps us to visit different customers (steel plants & heavy industries) in Tirana and Elbasan. Definitely recommended!

Don't use the car to drive to other countries!! We hired the car to drive to Montenegro but experienced so many issues. Enterprise will charge EUR40 for a certificate to take the car to another country then you need to pay EUR45 at the border for insurance. However the issues we experienced driving an Albanian registered car were endless. Constant police checks, at each border they would check the car for 1 hour, taking out the spare wheel, checking the panels etc. Friendly staff and efficient service, but the car was terrible! Very beaten up (but from looking at other cars in the carpark I believe this is normal) The Dacia Logan we had, showed 3 warning lights on the dashboard but the staff said this is normal. The horn did not work, nor the radio. Overall, a poor experience

This car rent company was the worst experience that I’ve ever made to receive a rent car . They gave me the worst car that someone it can have And i gave this directly back to them .There was nothing in the car that really was good working. I do not recommend nobody to make a wrong mistake to have the same problem like me.

Very good service, small desk on left side of terminal when you exit but easily located. Staff courteous. Car was shiny, clean and new. Good instructions. Return was straightforward. There are two petrol station just outside the airport if you need to refuel upon your return.
