Stress free place where you can practice some sports, have also a winter private pool. Restaurant offer meat basic Cousine. Ideal in each period of the year. Ideal for families or 2-3 families group tour. Wish you a good staying

The restaurant and the food is amazing. The deer are lovely. You have to meet them. The place is beautiful.

The position of this hotel is very good. But the service leaves much to be desired. 1. The gentleman who serves at the reception is not at all cooperative and needs to be trained on customer service in a hotel. During our stay last week, we rented a wooden villa. When asked to shy away after the sun went down all the time and there was no cooling system inside, the response from the gentleman was not at all pleasant. Although there were other facilities available, they did not take the trouble to change the villas as they were worried that they would have to spend on cleaning the previous villa :(. Instead of stayng 2 nights as planed we stayed only 1. 2. Management should invest in motivating and training service staff, especially restaurant & bar. The waitresses were all gloomy, no one laughed. An indication that the staff of this environment is not motivated to satisfy customers. Which did not satisfy us as customers. 3. Breakfast was poor, you could have boiled or fried eggs. But if you ask for omelets you have to pay. Very old decor and the toilets in the villas, the hotel lobby needs to be renovated as well. The best thing was only the nature which was not created from the management of the hotel. Not worth the price
