Hygeia Hospital

As I am currently staying with a closed person of mine, that had a surgery and is trying to rest...there are two nurses that require information through the fixed phone about a certain patient, speaking with high tones and most important saying out loud personal detail of the patient. People here are trying to rest and it's unethical the high volume of speaking. Since it's a hospital, it's very important showing professionalism, but in this way, the only thing they are showing that their internal workflow does not work propperly. Anyhow, at least it's a clean place.

Incompetent staff. While the doctors are decent, the staff, coordinators, and more are utterly inept, ignorant, and uncaring. I've had to go there several times for various issues and, almost every time, they screw something up. (The wrong X-Ray, the wrong exam, etc.) I even called to double-check and they STILL got it wrong. No accountability, no attention to detail, etc.

They charged me €110 for a blood examination and the results were wrong!! Went to 3 other docors afterwards and they all said that the result made no sense. Made 2 other examinations in other hospitals and it was clear that Hygeia had messed up. In total spent €500 there, and the result was just more stress and frustration. If you're looking for charlatans this is the perfect place to go, otherwise stay away from them! The absolute worst hospital in Albania.
