I live in Germany and I came here to Albania with some of my friends. When we first came here we needed to go to a hostel and we didnt know how to get there and we saw this travel agency. So me and my friends decided to ask the staff for help. The owner of the agency whose name was Alfred showed the directions to the hostel and even took us there himself. After that we stayed here in Albania for 1 week and came back to Germany by bus. We cut the tickets at the agency. The quality of the bus was top notch and the seats were really comfortable. I am definitely coming back to Albania again. The staff was really polite and made us feel really welcomed.
