The employees on site worked hard but failed to get the internet working on my phone. They informed me that it's a fault in the phone. I eventually fixed it myself by modifing the APN configuration (APN type had to be set to default).

Super helpful! I bought 2 tourist Sim cards with the "Tourist pack" 800 Lek on special promotion. Don't forget to add a special APN for your internet connection. I had to go back to fix that.
