I have rented with them, picking up in Vlorë and returning in Tirana. I made the reservation in euros. They could not charge me at the time and they photocopied my card in front and behind (crime). They told me that when I returned the car I would make the payment, but in the end they made the payment automatically and they charged 7 € more than what I had contracted. It has been this way because they say X euros, they spend it in LEKS at a more expensive price of the real change, instead of charging in euros (which perfectly allows the machine) and have won. It does not seem right to me to make a payment automatically without me being present, using the data on my card. Zero problems in the return of the vehicle. The boy checked that there were no damages and that there were all the papers. The car was given to me without gasoline, and I had to go to refuel quickly, instead of giving it full-full which is always better. In the end it was left with more gasoline, because it is impossible to calculate that way ... and not to stay lying on the road
