I could not recommend more this Eye Hospital, the doctors are the best, the staff is very welcoming and professional. Also the interior of the hospital is impressive, everything is very modern and clean. Highly recommended

You have a good doctor if you stay for more than 3 hours in a row for an ophthalmological visit, after you have left and met and you have done 150 kilometers especially, it is inhuman. You have 0 organization.

Not a good experience at this hospital. For a 16-month-old baby, we were recommended surgery directly, even that day getting us to the operating room and consulting with the anesthetist without paying a visit just as the baby would not normally cooperate. The Indian doctor so well visited the child to ask the parents where the child has the problem in the left or right eye (meanwhile he had an appointment with the anesthetist). That would put the child in surgery and diagnosed upstream 😃🤦‍♀️Normally we refused to have surgery and consulted with other doctors in and out of the country who in no way recommended surgery (even completely surprised that one medical professionals had reached such a conclusion) and found that the child had no significant problems. And another thing, the visit was normally booked by doctor Nadon Qafen but he did visit but directed us to India (for which they wouldn't normally pay but Nadon) and told us the child is well operated by the Indian as it is very talented (meanwhile Nadon talked about surgery while sketching himself). In short, we had to get rid of the Indian and the Albanian. Finally we do not recommend Universal Eye Hospital to anyone!
