Renovation 2020 also they added 2 more floors. Before we had chosen our room we had a chance to visit several. Check in is "normal" to be 2-3 hours later than they predict. Restaurant is serving smelly food. Ventilation system is totally missing in the hotel and cooking smell is accumulated in upper floor. Fish is usually uncooked and uncleaned. Pool water is never changed or filtered and a perfect place for kids to pee. Rooms are with humidity. Room furniture are low cost some damaged or Rusty. Our toilet was uncleaned and the sink with blood (After we changed room). Back part of the hotel with the mountain view in fact is with"garbage view" In the room there is no safe so take your worthy belongings with you because from us are stolen 300€. Parking is always full. The bungalows are old and dirty. In the end the receptionist added more than the bill 280 €.

The Hotel was super modern and comfy. Marvelous view from the Room. The facilities were great. Staff super friendly!! At the Restaurant you can enjoy a super delicious Cuisine. I would recommend it to anyone!!!

I had the most amazing holidays I stayed for 17 days with family in the room 110 Amazing work and kindness from all the stuff. Swimming pool Was amazing and breakfast At very high standards. I’ll be back next year Thank you for all your services

This hotel is terrible. From outside it looks normal hotel. The problem stars when you enter inside. They changed the room number from what I booked. I have booked for my friend also 4 persons there are 3 beds. (he left the hotel) The room where I stayed was 5th floor and the aspiration of the kitchen and the odors of it comes in the room, if you let the balcony door open. Check in - check out horrific at 11:00 they call to leave the room even it was booked for another night. The price is high for the quality you get. I don't recommend this hotel at all especially for tourist outside Albania.

Very good hotel, beautiful beach, clean sea, comfortable, air conditioned and clean rooms. Good food, but REMARK is that there is no marks on food. You dont know what type of meat or fish is on. If you ask personal ....nobody now or speak english. Beach is very good with all imobiliar included, but without dressing cabine.(that is remark). Also, there is boat REGINE BLUE for one day visit albanian coast and island. This boat is TERROR. Capitan is one IDIOT. First he was late one hour, after he was driving fast and passanger was freezing. After when outside was hot boat was terific slow. Pasanger saffering, but nowbody carryng. Recomendation IS DONT GO ON THAT BOAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
