No longer what it used to be. Staff were rushing when doing my nails and didn't communicate properly about what I wanted to have done to my nails. They also gave me different prices of how much it would cost. Didn't get a feeling of being pampered whilst there. Very uncomfortable and not worth the money they ask for.
