I believe the best place in Vlora to observe the city from. The staff is kind and attentive, they speak fluent English which helps to make the right choice ordering the food. However, the road to that place is under construction. I would recommend to be careful driving there at night. Overall, I enjoyed it.

Fantastic place! Not overcrowded during the day, in the evening people start coming up to witness a spectacular sunset over the sea and the whole of Vlore. It certainly is an adventure to get to the place due to the road conditions but is absolutely worth the trouble. Loved the food and drinks, very friendly staff with good knowledge of English (which is not super common in the area). Was an absolute highlight of the trip.

This place is just no comment. Service great. A wonderful view. Amazing food . You can enjoy the sunrise,day and sunset here. Most beautiful thing is the evening,when the sun starts to fall you can enjoy an unforgetable view. Also when sun has fall,the city lights up the area. You can see stars in sky and in earth.
