Access Plumbing & Heating

First off, if you're reading this, RUN!. We hired access plumbing to complete a brewery job in October, Paid $2000 up front. When asked when they would be there to do the work they said they were a few weeks out, fine, understandable. A month goes by, when can you make it? "we'll be there thursday" Thursday comes where are you? "oh we'll be there next wednesday" It goes on and on like this for a few weeks, sometimes they would show up in the after noon for a couple hours. They only really showed up for one day, with 2 guys. That day they spent more time at lunch than on the job. Now, its mid December and they wont respond to texts calls nothing. The last text message was telling the owner his guy screwed up, forgot to put a trap on a drain, his response "lol". Do not do business with this company.

Great Customer Service with excellent response time. I had my unit installed in a week even with it being the busy time of the season where no other company would get me in the schedule.
