Always the same.
I asked for a burger well done, but it came out pink. The manager and waitress quickly fixed the problem and got me a new burger cooked fast! Even better they didn't charge me for the burger!!! Gotta love Free food!!
Gave it 4 stars for great service! The staff was very friendly and attentive. They gave me a substitute side dish in place of the instant potatoes.
-1 star, because they serve instant potatoes....I expected REAL potatoes. The instant potatoes looked like baby food.
Want a good experience? Look elsewhere. From the start Stephanie decided to have a bad attitude. Management needs to step in at this point, she seems like she doesn’t want the job the way she was acting. Rolled her eyes every time she left the table, when she decided to check on the table. I’m all for tipping well, but not with this case. Piss poor service.
the food was amazing and fresh, we came in the morning right at open the only thing that ruined the whole experience was our server Stephanie. the most rude server i have ever had at that restaurant. she needs her attitude adjusted and to think about her raised her because her manners were just not there. sorely disappointed that her poor service skills had ruined a great morning and left a sour taste in my mouth.
