Hotel Trópico

Probably one of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure to stay in, and this includes those in Johannesburg. It felt like I was in sandton or Capetown. The hotel management did a great job.. The staff is amaizing from caretakers to cooking staff! Every one really tried to make sure i felt comfortable and taken care off. 10/10! They really earn those 5 stars, the one I gave them and the ones next to their name

Staff friendly, still room was already occupied, then keycard didn't work on next room, cleaners constantly in at room, room service food was cold. Plus side the bar is a decent place to relax, beer was good, again staff friendly.

14 days stay was comfortable and relaxing. Great TV channels and nice food served during my quarantine period.

Spend two weeks in quarantine. Service was excellent, food very good and varied, hotel well organized to manage and operate during challenging time due to COVID 19. The only minus is the internet connection/download speed.

Staying in Tropico this time was a very bad experience. Food was not fine, the way it was serve was really bad, despite of corona but the way you guys are serving the food, it is not nice. The other hotel close to you guys (Epic Sana) is doing far better than what you guys are doing. My company claimed that they are spending a lot for our accommodation but your service is not justifying the money we are paying. Internet is terrible, guys please change. You ask for room service it take long to come and you need to call them twice or three times to bring it. On the first day of our arrival, it took almost 2hrs just to give us our rooms, plus they kept us outside, can you imagine? letting customers outside while you guys were preparing the rooms!! I had to call my company to find out why are we outside, then someone came and let us in. But still we had to wait for so long go to the rooms. You guys need to clean the HVAC system, it release a lot of dust, causing irritation and can lead to getting flue.
