My regular post office for a long time.
Actually very friendly but mostly too slow no plan and usually with a long waiting time! However, a young Asian has been working there recently and as one would like from a post office, fast, convenient advice and service!
I only have good experiences at this post office, especially with the staff.
totally unfriendly staff who ignore customer problems. I tried to ask an employee for help, he pretended not to notice me. German is a second language for me, but in general the level is very good, the staff kept pretending that they didn't understand what I said and what I needed. Racism and disrespect, very uncomfortable to see such an attitude
Impractical opening times and always long lines
