I was here on a trip in September 2019 and it was absolutely amazing! The perfect combination of exercise, hiking, nature, good food and wonderful company. Highly recommended!
I've been training at ALPS for a few months now and I'm super excited and satisfied! Together with two friends I have training twice a week for approx. 60 - 90 minutes each. The training is varied and individual. Attention is always paid to the daily condition and if you are not 100% fit, the training is adjusted so that you still work productively. When the sun is shining, the training is partly done in nature, which I find particularly cool! Training is good and really cool (and I say that as a very unsportsmanlike person!: D)
