This doctor has already let us down twice in an emergency! In both cases he was on call active, making it the only option in the area. In the event of an acute dizziness, he wanted the patient to come to the practice. However, since it was unable to be transported (you could not even move it), this was not an option. When asked if he could come somehow (which should actually be part of the on-call doctor's job), he simply said that she should take a travel medication. The second time, the same patient had severe sinus dilation and was phoned off by phone saying "I don't have any keys to the practice" (while he was on standby) and that she should 'irradiate'. Dear Mr. Weichselbraun, I kindly ask you to take your position as an on-call doctor more seriously.
