McFit Gym Vienna Meidling

I just called 5 times and they hung up the phone each time. When they realized I wouldn't stop they finally answered the phone. They don't clean, even the floors sometimes. I was excising on the floor between sets and there were large balls of dust in my face. There is often something missing, it used to be the rope attachments, now there is only one attachment for the back rowing machine and I imagine it will be months before they buy new ones.

Typical McFit gym BEFORE they started renovating the gyms. One star minus for the fact that it is on three stories and only one has toilets. Unfortunately a lot of people working out there like to just drop their weights (loudly!) when done without clearing them away. And the staff doesn't say anything and doesn't put the weights away either. So sometimes work out is like an obstical course.

Very good and friendly service

Scam I was scammed and McFit won’t do anything about it. I signed a contract for a one year long membership online and gave my Irish bank account details- the website said it was a success and told me to pick up my card. I went to this Mariahilfer Gym where one of the employees specifically told me my contract was not valid as I used an Irish bank account and I was refused a membership but the following month I noticed 60€ or so was taken out of my Irish account even though I was told I don’t have any membership. In the mean time of that month I decided to sign up at another gym but I am now being forced to pay for this gym, even though they refused to give me a card until only after I went there to complain and ask what on earth is going on. Staff are unhelpful and don’t seem to understand anything? Keep away.
