In addition, the employees strongly urge you to close immediately (well, with such miserable offers no wonder) - I was not even given a written loan offer and only on request were I informed of the horrendous effective interest rate and the final repayment amount in addition to the monthly rate and noted on a slip , I was constantly trying to make the absurdly bad credit offer palatable and to praise the alleged "financial relief" - which, logically speaking, was none at all. The advisor reacted quite irritated and visibly slightly annoyed after I told her frankly what I think of the offer and that I will certainly not accept it right now. I also feel extremely unprofessional that I should log on to my computer with my bank details. She also wanted to know how quickly she can expect me to get an answer. The end of the story: I have a loan from another bank with less than 1/3 of the interest and a total charge of less than 1/6 compared to the absurd Santander loan. It is sad that one is obviously more specialized in people who otherwise get no or only difficult to rip off a credit instead of lending serious loans. In any case, I will not support this ridiculous bank with partial payments or anything else in the future.
