I have been a member of Mrs Sporty for over 7 years. The training units are an integral part. Since I've been doing the exercises regularly, I have no back pain. The care is great. You are very flexible about your own needs. Thank you very much!

I've only recently been there, but I feel really good here! All trainers are super nice and fully motivating !! The rooms are rather small, but perfectly adequate! I look forward to every training session !!
