Great, pleasant yoga practice for pregnant women, especially now in this special time, when no yoga studios are open, also possible online via Zoom. Every Wednesday 10:00 a.m. and Thursday 4:00 p.m. The exchange with like-minded people is very valuable in this phase and Astrid, with her loving and sensitive manner, deals very competently with all topics and questions. The exercises are easy to join and very effective, really relaxing. I can only highly recommend it. The yoga studio itself in the 8th district is very nice, hope it can open again soon!

Great yoga practice! Roof top session at the Mary Ruby Hotel was really great. Astrid leads through the class in a very friendly and professional manner! Top!

Has changed from 5 to a star, I have experienced TamTam there and am now very disappointed by the owners !!!! Also had 7 hours of a block of 10 open. Hoped for a good solution, bad luck. There was no answer to my last email. I definitely don't want to go there again in this life!
