Yoga with Yordanka

After a youth spent doing Sport, i had an accident during a training. I had to stop completely. When i started again softly training, I always notice how weak is my lower back. Since then, I am lookin for competent and professional instructors and teachers. Yordanka is definitely one of them. She really cares and she helps a lot in re-building confidence with my own body.
