Was there for contact lenses and the lady who started school was very rude. When I tried to insert the lenses (she already commented insensitively) I felt a bit sick and wanted to take a short break. She said that other patients were waiting outside and that we had to stop. Was sent away after only about 7 minutes or could not give me that and then went voluntarily anyway ... Then went to a very friendly, competent optician who takes time for you. It worked great there,-also my strength for the glasses / lenses was calculated much more precisely and it turned out that the values ​​from the ophthalmologist were not quite correct or the values ​​were not really accurate. That is the result of not taking enough time for the individual patient. I haven't been going since. It may be that the doctor helps other patients a lot - which I do not doubt either - but patients who are a little afraid - like me at the time, are not in good hands there at all (this is due to the colleagues and not to Dr. Krammer himself)

Ms. Krammer, very nice, speaks to you, which takes away that feeling of insecurity that you usually have at the doctor's. I felt in very good hands with her. Yes, the lady at the counter could be friendlier. But everything is fine.
