Jessi is such an asset to my life!
In a very stressful phase of my life, I accidentally discovered her on the Internet and I was particularly impressed by the fact that she offers individual yoga classes at a good price.
I have had yoga classes with her every week for 2 years now and it changed my life!
Her carefree and relaxed manner refreshes the hour and she intuitively responds to my needs. Somehow she always knows whether a calm or moving flow is right! She pays close attention to the correct execution, which I consider particularly important as a nurse.
It challenges me, encourages me and helps me to develop holistically! Through Jessi I discovered the love of yoga and meditation and fully integrated it into my life!
And then she also offered me coaching, which I think rounds off her offer and has helped me a lot in my personal development!

Clear and understandable announcements during exercises. After a relaxation session, I feel balanced and pleasant and sleep very well. Low back pain disappears after 2 to 3 weeks. I'm really looking forward to the next yoga class.
