Part 2: The next annoying action from this company was that they registered me with the new HH and EH insurance, i.e. from December 2019 I would have a double burden. I had already paid the existing HH and EH insurance for one year and should have paid the new insurance through Invictus every month. When I called the contact person of this insurance agency, he wanted to explain to me that I would misunderstand something and that everything was not so, because the old insurance company had already been canceled. I asked to read the progress of my email in more detail. I had to transfer the annual premium including reminder fees about 3 weeks ago because I had not received a specific answer from them. He then went through the email and apologized in writing for the mistake. After this topic I addressed the contact person again and pointed out the statement. I also asked if they didn't want to pay the reminder fees because they reacted too late or never acted without contacting me. Again, the employee had to clarify the issue with his boss and on December 18, 2019 I received the following feedback: "Your concern regarding the reminder fees was discussed, but I have not received any approval to replace them, since we do not conclude any contracts!" For me, this answer is not customer-friendly and this answer is also not correct. Legal protection and an increase in my life insurance were concluded through Invictus. Nevertheless, the company sees no need for action here, which for me is not a company's professional behavior. Since I was also advised not to conclude contracts with this company, I still wanted to make my own experience and now I feel obliged to submit this rating. Conclusion: I cannot recommend this insurance agency because the points discussed are not adhered to (I never pay HH and EH insurance monthly, typing errors in contracts), cancellations are not submitted on time, high communication effort on the part of the customer, telephone accessibility of the company is not acceptable (Office, cell phone number from employee, cell phone number from CEO). SMSes are sent back, e.g. I am eating and calling back after eating. To this day, I have not received a call back on this SMS. PS: Since I am not allowed to write so much in a comment, I had to give another rating!

Part 1: On January 11, 2019 I had two gentlemen from Invictus at home and we discussed my wish to terminate the household and home insurance (HH and EH) early. They took all the documents from my insurance companies with them. In the course of this, I was suggested to take out separate legal expenses insurance. At the second meeting on January 18, 2019, I was presented with a concept for HH and EH insurance, legal protection insurance and an increase in my life insurance. Since the CEO of this company assured me that they had always been able to get out of existing contracts early, I was very confident that there would be no problems in terminating my existing HH and EH insurance prematurely. After a few months, Invictus should have canceled with the cancellation card I had given at the last meeting and registered the new insurance. Unfortunately, you canceled my parents' insurance (who live in the same household), but not mine. Then I tried to explain in about 7 emails and at least as many calls that my HH and EH insurance policy was not canceled. According to him, the employee who received this order from the CEO had only done what his boss had asked him to do. When this employee allegedly understood which insurance policy and which customer name were involved, I received a mandatory cancellation from him by email. The next disappointment was that the correct policy number was here, but the same mistake was made again. This letter contained my father's name, not mine. I corrected the word file myself and sent the document signed to Invictus. Another few weeks passed and I asked about the current status. I then received a letter from the existing HH and EH insurance company. This letter said that I had not met the notice period and therefore the policy could not be canceled. I then informed Invictus and the employee said that he would clarify it with the CEO. Weeks passed again and I was put off with different excuses when asked - such as “I was on a course and could not write back, I will clarify it with the CEO and report again, the CEO is not in the office this week and as soon as he is back in the office I will speak to him about the office ... "In the meantime I received a letter of formal notice including a payment slip from the existing insurance company. I informed the company Invictus on the same day, but nevertheless they played for time, again only answers like "the boss has private problems and has no time, the boss was on a course and had no time ..." After that I got it second reminder letter stating that if I do not transfer the annual fee including the second reminder fee, legal proceedings will be initiated against me. Due to the non-professional approach of Invictus, it was enough for me and I transferred the annual premium including both reminder fees. The company Invictus was then informed by me that I had transferred this premium together with the reminder fees and would like an opinion from the company Invictus. Since I did not receive any feedback from Invictus again, I wrote to the contact person again and asked to take over the reminder fees to the value of € 50, because I always had to ask actively, but they did not contact me on their own and when they did If I had accepted in time that I would no longer be able to get out of the contract, I would not have to pay any reminder fees. I had an enormous effort over at least 6 months. The employee held me up again with a usual answer ... I will clarify it with the boss and report again.
