Unfortunately, can't write very well about them. The Xpack company also had a debt collection company as a partner or even the same boss. Just have trouble with them. Several times the contribution would not be debited and would immediately be transferred to debt collection. Cancellations are ignored. Etc. From my point of view I CANNOT RECOMMEND it !!!!!!

A lot has happened since my last 4/5 rating ... unfortunately in the wrong direction. Toilet always smells and is never clean. The shower is mostly dirty, sometimes empty shampoo bottles are thrown away after a week, after which I can hardly believe that it is cleaned at all. Despite the mask requirement, almost nobody wears masks, sometimes the staff only at the entrance. After I shared this publicly I was not only ignored but also censored (my Facebook post was deleted and I was blocked from posting) What I have noticed will make it difficult for the members to end their membership in every possible way. (I personally canceled my membership 1 week ago but I haven't heard from them until today) I see a lot of potential for X-Pack but currently it is not recommended, maybe with a new management somewhere ...

Today, they didn't let me in because I didn't have my wristband at first. According to a colleague, it doesn't happen for the first time. I don't understand why I pay for a premium package. Many of my acquaintances have been let in without the armband, even in the solarium ... They have something of a personal problem with me because they repeatedly complain that I do not pack the weights, which is not true. Quietly note that half of the time in the room goes by packing on others ... Last but not least: they do not clean, dust is everywhere, the room is small, and in the afternoon you cannot train, you never have a machine. If you have a problem, you should always wait, because there is rarely staff at the entrance to the counter. I regret that I chose this room if I could cancel the rental immediately.
