Warning waring : im a member of this bank since 2012 . In this bank the people could transfer your money without having your pincode only card is enough . So for example if you give your card to someone to buy a ciggaret he could book 999999 euros and send it to his account and you will never get your money back. Same as what happend to me . Such a shame such a low security Achtung wenn jemand deine karte hat kann auch ohne pinkode was überweisen.

Even if the counter is overcrowded because everyone comes at the same time, you will be given competent and quick advice even with difficult things

I'm very happy with the Sparkasse, otherwise I wouldn't be with this bank. I am also very satisfied with my supervisor! You can argue about the cash desk times ... that's the way it is. Who is going to the counter today ?! Everything easy online! Parking comfortably in the underground car park - free for short visits. It's different in IBK ... Thank you

In any case, it is very customer-unfriendly to limit the checkout times so much. For me, transactions at the counter are completely impossible if it is not vacation time ... Furthermore, even as a long-standing customer, you don't seem to get any help in this branch if you have an emergency. My wife had misplaced her ATM card today, but needed cash, which of course was not possible at 2:30 p.m. An unmotivated, at best moderately friendly employee then fed her "I can't help you". She wasn't even suggested to reorder the new debit card, apparently that should be possible for free. No one was interested in helping her, she had to go to Innsbruck. It is disappointing. I don't know exactly, but I have probably been with TISPA for almost 20 years now and we also have our support in Hall. My wife switched from her bank to mine because I was always very happy. Today, however, I am not satisfied. A bank that is not necessarily the cheapest could offer better service, especially if you have an emergency. And actually friendliness towards customers would be appropriate, right?
