This shop saved my skiing holidays! I was on skiing vacation for a week in the area when the boa laces on one of my snowboard boots snapped. After visiting 3 large chain stores and being told "this cannot be fixed" and "you need new boots", I decided to try out this shop. The guy that usually fixes the boa systems was out of town for a couple of days. Nevertheless, the guy there gave me the replacement laces and allowed me to change it myself there. He even gave me tools for the job. On top of that, my man didn't charge me for the laces since I bought some other product. Absolutely top service 👌
